NEW SKIN SAVIOUR

Hi lovely ladies!

I come baring a gadget that will transform the way in which we cleanse our pretty faces! I have no doubt that any of you haven't already heard about the Clarisonic. I recently visited my local Boots store to pick up the Clarisonic Mia 2!

According to their website  the Clarisonic Mia 2 "uses a patented sonic frequency of more than 300 movements per second to clean, soften and smooth skin. In just 60 seconds, the action removes more makeup and more dirt and sebum than cleansing with your hands alone. Removing more dirt and sebum from your pores also helps prepare for a better skin care regime. Benefits & features highlights: - Removes more makeup than manual cleansing"

It does this about 10 times over I cannot stress! As a lover of makeup, trust me I love piling it on, but there is no better feeling then taking it off to reveal fresh clean skin. I have problems with breakouts and my skin can become quite sensitive, so I was a bit sceptical at first as to how bad I would break out, as it is such a deep cleanse.

I usually start removing my makeup with coconut oil - yes its a must! This removes and breaks down the main layer of makeup, then wash with water. Next I use Clinique Facial Soap with the Clarisonic to clean my skin deep down.

It says that its best to wet the brush head before adding your choice of cleanser. I also dampen by face a little just to help with the lather. Then your ready to go!

I have only really been using the first speed setting, as I'm still getting used to it and don't want to irritate my skin. Starting at your chin, brush in circular motion around that area for 20 seconds, then your forehead for 20 seconds, and then both cheeks for 10 seconds.

I then like to use it on my neck - as I do bronze and blend my makeup down there. I just repeat the process above moving down my neck. Look at the brush head! All I'm going to say is.. you think you've removed everything - THINK AGAIN!

I then dry my face and continue my skincare routine as normal.

All Mia 2 Clarisonics come with a sensitive brush head - But there are plenty to choose from here. They recommend to change your brush head every 3 months.

Overall, I can honestly say that my face has never looked so healthy! Yes, don't get me wrong I still get the odd breakout, but with this it seems that they are not as red and blotchy as they used to be, and clear in less time! My skin looks smooth, clear, even more tanned!!

The Clarisonic range is Available at BootsDebenhams & Feel Unique RRP £129
